Refund and Returns Policy

At Ella Gardens, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that our rose bouquets, dried flower bouquets, and floral arrangements are of the highest quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns: We gladly accept returns for defective or damaged products. If your item arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or a replacement based on your preference.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team with details of the issue.
  2. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will arrange a return pick-up.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Refunds: If your product is returned and found to be damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product.
